Consumer prices shown include Spanish taxes where a fixed Property Care price is stated. Third-party specialist work and materials are quoted separately.

When a plumber, electrician, locksmith, pool technician or other specialist is needed, our value is being your local point of contact: access, coordination, photographs and follow-up with your approval.
Airport transfers can also be arranged.
Door-to-door transfers are provided by licensed taxi/VTC partners. Current guide prices: Alicante Airport from €75, Murcia-Corvera from €95 and Valencia from €269 one way. The transport provider confirms the final fare before booking.
