Regular property checks while you are abroad
A scheduled visit gives you a real set of eyes inside the property. We follow a practical checklist and report what we see.
What we normally check
- Main entrance, doors and accessible windows
- Shutters and visible security issues
- Visible signs of water leaks
- Damp, mould and unusual odours
- Visible signs of pests
- Basic electricity / obvious fault check
- Bathrooms, taps and toilets
- Kitchen and refrigerator status according to owner instructions
- Air-conditioning visual check where applicable
- Terrace / accessible exterior condition
- Mailbox check
- Photographs and notes

A property check is a visual and basic functional inspection. It is not a structural survey, electrical certification, plumbing inspection, security service or insurance assessment.
WHY IT MATTERS
A home can develop problems while nobody is there.
Leaks, damp, mould, electrical faults, pests, broken shutters and storm damage are easier to deal with when they are noticed early. Our visits are practical visual checks, not technical surveys.
