How much is the monthly Property Care service?
€100 per month, taxes included. It includes two scheduled checks per month, secure keyholding, photos, checklist and your private digital visit history.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. Initial Property Setup is quoted individually and agreed before the service starts. It lets us document access, utilities, instructions and reference information before regular checks begin.
How often do you visit?
Two scheduled checks each month, normally planned around two weeks apart depending on route scheduling.
What can I see in the client area?
Completed visit dates, status, checklist information, photographs, observations and previous visit history.
Do you hold my keys?
Yes. Secure keyholding is included. Standalone keyholding without a care plan is also available at €199/year.
What happens if you find a problem?
We document what we see and contact you. You remain in control of decisions. We can help coordinate the next step if requested.
Can you arrange a plumber or electrician?
Yes. We can coordinate access and local professionals. Specialist work and materials are quoted or invoiced separately.
Can you open for a technician?
Yes. Technician access starts at €49 for the first hour, with additional attendance charged separately.
Do you clean properties?
Yes. Cleaning is an additional service, quoted individually according to property size, condition and agreed tasks. We confirm the quote before booking.
Can you check after a storm?
Yes. A post-storm visual check is €49, subject to access and availability.
Do you offer emergency service?
We can provide priority attendance subject to availability. We do not advertise unlimited 24/7 emergency cover.
Do you manage holiday rentals?
No. Our main service is for owners looking after their own second home while they are away.
Which languages do you use?
English and Spanish.
What areas do you cover?
Torrevieja and selected Costa Blanca South areas including Guardamar, Ciudad Quesada and the main Orihuela Costa communities.
