Local coordination
One person here when several suppliers are involved.
When you're abroad, the hard part is often not finding a plumber — it's getting access, explaining the issue and following up.
Simple coordination
€39 for a simple additional management task: calls, photographs, quotations, scheduling and owner updates.
Specialist work
Plumbing, electrical, AC, locksmith, pool and garden work is performed by the relevant professional and quoted separately.
Larger projects
For genuinely larger supervision work, scope and management fee are agreed in advance. We do not hide commissions inside supplier invoices.
Your home. Our local presence.
Let's talk about your property.
Tell us where it is and how long it is usually empty. We'll explain the service clearly.
