Secure keyholding with clear authorisation
Having a keyholder locally is useful when a technician needs access, an issue is reported, you lose access while in Spain or you simply need somebody to check the property. We only use the keys for agreed or authorised purposes.

Useful when somebody needs to get in — and you are abroad.
Technicians, agreed deliveries, an additional check or an owner access problem can all require a trusted person with the key. Access is documented and agreed.
